Mission Statement

The purpose of this organization is to solicit donations and accept gifts of apparel, household goods, and other high quality merchandise which can be sold to the general public. Net sales proceeds are used to reduce tuition costs for all students attending the Grand Rapids Christian Schools.

New 2 You - Record sales means we need more volunteers!

The New 2 You Shoppe is experiencing record sales and the past months of August and September were our top selling months in its history.

Crowded parking lots have led to long lines at the check-out. As sales have increased, the number of volunteers have not. We need your help. Please consider joining the fun and success--consider becoming a New 2 You volunteer, once a month, once a week, or whatever time you can help with. Contact our new Volunteer Coordinator, Kristy Boes at 942-2929.

The New 2 You Shoppe is celebrating five years of business. We are proud of its growth over the past five years and especially proud of the $1,000,000 given to defray the cost of tuition for parents of GRCS students.

New 2 You Shoppe is known as an upscale thrift store. We happily accept donated merchandise that is GENTLY used and in excellent condition. Our high quality merchandise is what sets us apart from other thrift stores. Unfortunately, we cannot accept broken, ripped, or damaged merchandise. Please help us by choosing carefully what you donate to the store. All donations are received at the 29th St. south west door during store hours. A donation tax form is available from the store upon request. Pick up arrangements for furniture that is in good condition and cannot be delivered is available. Because of the store’s exceptional growth of the store over the past 4 years, we have recently added an additional 3,500 square feet of retail space to meet our customers’ growing needs. Now we can offer you more of the great values you have come to expect from our store! Our new drop off center makes it easier for you to drop off your gently used merchandise. We continue to offer exceptional value and outstanding service in our newly expanded store!
